Custom hardware to allow the visually impaired navigate towns & cities.
In conjunction with Microsoft Reading, we created custom electronics & 3D printed casings for sensor packages that clip on to bone conducting headsets. The final product allowed a visually impaired person to set a route (via an app) & follow it through a busy town using spatial audio "breadcrumbs" to reach their destination.
